Shigematsu Inayoshi is the head farmer and winemaker at Inayoshi Family Farm. He tends daily to our chicken and ducks, collects their eggs, all while working on his first micro batch of wine. He is currently conducting soil testing to determine his next steps for grapevine cultivation.
